Gouache Custom Pet Portrait on 5x7" Paper

Custom 5"X7" pet portraits in Gouache on paper. These portraits are unique to you and based on photos of your own pet!

The Process
My belief is that everyone should be able to afford a portrait of their pet, and these simple paintings are created to be accessible and fun.

If you have a dog that receives haircuts and you send me reference photos at two different lengths, please specify which hair cut you would like me to paint of your dog.

The Materials
Portraits are crafted on studio quality watercolor paper with rich Winsor & Newton gouache paints and natural bristle brushes.

Should I choose Watercolor or Gouache?

Gouache is a water-medium paint consisting of natural pigment, water, a binding agent, and sometimes additional inert material. Gouache is designed to be opaque, and differs from watercolor in its boldness. Gouache has a long history, having been used for at least twelve centuries.

Watercolor is also a water-medium paint with natural pigment and a binding agent. It has a soft, translucent look and a flowy nature.

Digital Files are a wonderful option to incorporate your pet in your wedding invitations, or other personal use. These files are not available for business use.
